Mo’ed Consulting is a family-owned business, started in Ada Oklahoma by Alexander and Victoria Ryan. After a long wrestle with the Lord in prayer (and quite frankly some delayed disobedience) we stepped out in faith, with a firm belief in God’s plan for the local church, and a desire to provide support.

While working in corporate America, we saw how a well-facilitated strategic workshop brought camaraderie to even the most divided teams, and real solutions to even the toughest problems. If such a process could be successful in an environment totally distracted by the things of this world, how much more successful could it be for Christ-centered leaders seeking to prayerfully steward their ministries?

We are eager to find out!

Our heart’s desire is simply to create space for church leaders to prayerfully, & strategically consider the spiritual barriers facing their congregation today. While we have our own ministry experience, and have consulted with around 200 pastors nationwide in various capacities, we’re not coming in as the experts. You know your church, your community, and God’s call on your life better than we ever could!

So we won’t come with a framework for you to adopt, or a bunch of recommendations about how you can “be better.” Rather, we’ll lead activities that are built to drive collaboration, while trusting the Lord to work through the gifts & passions of the leaders He’s called.

In other words, we seek to help you maximize the beautiful tension point between His sovereignty, and your stewardship.
