Included

  • Every Ministry Sprint includes 10 hours of facilitation led by a Mo’ed Consultant. We’ll customize the schedule for your sprint based on your team’s schedule, and bring everything your team needs to engage with each activity! We’ll also work with you to ensure everything is scheduled and executed according to plan.

  • Included in every Ministry Sprint is a customizable survey for you congregation. While this survey is optional, it is highly recommended! The anonymous results will be used to drive deeper conversation during our Ministry Sprint. We’ll also provide resources to help you successfully launch the survey to your church and drive higher response rates. We’ll distill all the data into a presentation that discusses the high-level narrative around spiritual formation at your church.

  • Once your Ministry Sprint is complete, your consultant will combine key points from your Sprint into a Summary PDF as a takeaway for your team. We’ll also create a custom Project Plan for your team that serves as a recommendation for how we would implement the plans determined in your Sprint. This is yours to keep- whether you work with us as your Project manager or not.

We want to be up front about the cost of a Ministry Sprint, because we know budgets are tight. Our services are built to provide quick solutions, as opposed to some of the larger, longer engagements provided by other great consulting firms.

Because of that, the costs for your church are exponentially smaller than working with other consultants, with a standard Ministry Sprint priced at $1,500.
