  • Every Ministry Sprint includes 10 hours of facilitation led by a Mo'ed Consultant. We'll handle the logistics on our end — customizing your schedule, preparing all materials, and making sure everything is in place so your team can show up and focus entirely on the work ahead.

  • Every Ministry Sprint includes a customizable Spiritual Formation Survey for your congregation. While optional, it's highly recommended — the anonymous results bring the voices, stories, and needs of your people into the room, giving your team something concrete to react to rather than relying on assumption alone. We'll provide everything you need to launch it successfully, and distill the results into a clear presentation your team will engage with during the Sprint.

  • Every Ministry Sprint concludes with two deliverables that are yours to keep. A Sprint Summary capturing the key insights and decisions from your time together, and a custom Project Plan laying out the recommended next steps, stakeholders, and timelines for addressing your most significant roadblock — whether you engage us as your Project Manager afterward or not.
