Traditional brainstorming unfortunately will often exclude quieter or more junior team members. Our process is built to encourage and ensure participation from everyone in the room.
Data-Informed Decisions.
We’ve built an anonymous, customizable survey that’s ready to be sent to your congregation. The results drastically increase our ability to think strategically about stewarding spiritual formation at your church.
We’ll ask for high-level demographic information, run through basic doctrinal beliefs, learn how they feel in their relationship with the Lord, and determine their comfortability with basic spiritual practices.
