Through four phases of collaborative activities, guided discussion, and intentional reliance on prayer, we'll work together to surface your most significant roadblock — and build a concrete plan to help discipleship flourish at your church.
How It Works
Before we can identify where your ministry needs to go, we need to establish where you are and who you are together.
Through prayer, honest conversation, a shared examination of your church's mission and culture, and a look at the spiritual battlefield around you, we'll build the trust and alignment your team needs to engage openly with the harder questions ahead.
Phase 1:
Unity
Clarity doesn't come from the loudest voice in the room — it comes from a shared understanding of your current reality.
In this phase, we'll walk through a structured framework for understanding the journey of a disciple of Jesus. From the first invitation, to being sent out into the field, we'll surface real friction points at each stage — informed by both your own observations and the voices of your congregation through the Spiritual Formation Survey.
Through a collaborative voting process, your team will then identify the single most significant roadblock worth addressing — with confidence that the right idea won the day.
Phase 2:
Clarity
Direction is where everything comes together. Armed with a clear understanding of your most significant roadblock, your team will move into a rapid ideation phase — generating creative solutions and building them out together.
Through a collaborative voting process, we'll identify the most promising path forward and build a concrete project plan around it — defining the desired outcome, identifying the right stakeholders, and establishing real timelines and accountability.
The Sprint closes in prayer, and we'll follow up with a custom project plan and Sprint Summary document — yours to keep, regardless of whether you hire us to be your Project Manager.
