It’s one thing to have a great idea- it’s another thing to implement it. We’ve seen how bringing change of any sort, especially to a church, takes time and energy, both of which are in short supply. As Project Manager, we’ll help you stick to your project plan, so you can focus on ministry instead of tracking down someone who’s fallen behind!

Every Ministry Sprint will come with a custom-built project plan for you and your team. If you have the resources, you can take that project plan and implement yourself! If not, we’re here to help.

How and when you communicate and implement changes will directly effect your success. So we’ll apply change management methodologies to help you navigate launching any solution to your staff or congregation.

Throughout our project, we’ll schedule regular check-in calls, send out reminder emails, and be available for any questions you might have along the way. To wrap things up, we’ll have a Final Summary Meeting to celebrate all we’ve accomplished, and look into the future!
