    Though our survey is anonymous, we'll gather key demographic information — age, gender, and marital status — to help your team understand your results in context. Knowing who is in the room shapes how you respond to what they need.

  • Doctrine

    We'll ask clear, high-level questions around the historically accepted doctrines of the Church — leaving the open-handed theological debates aside — to give your team an honest baseline for where your people stand in their faith.

  • Relationship

    You can have all the right doctrine and still feel far from God. So we take time to understand how each person in your congregation understands God — and how intimately they experience His love for them.

  • Practice

    Finally, we'll explore personal and communal practices of the Christian faith. These questions will uncover where your congregation feels most alive in their walk with Jesus, and where they might need more support — so you can step in as leaders and provide the guidance they need.
