Overview

Purpose

We know you have specific prayers for the spiritual growth of those in your church and broader community.

But ministry overwhelm is real. Whether you have too many good ideas to decide between- or too many problems to know where to start.

So we created the Ministry Sprint.

Our goal is to help you identify and address the most pressing needs in spiritual formation at your church today.

Where do we begin?

The landscape of spiritual formation at your church includes much more than what seems obvious. For just a few examples- the efficiency of your internal communication will effect spiritual formation. How you equip and deploy your Greeters effects spiritual formation. Certainly your group structure will effect spiritual formation. Even your signage can have an effect on spiritual formation! And that reality can make finding the right place to focus particularly challenging. That’s where we come in.

Outcomes

To help your team find the right focus, we’ve built the Ministry Sprint to create Clarity, Unity, & Direction amongst your leaders. We’ll do that by facilitating activities we designed for the church that drive strategic collaboration from everyone in the room!

Clarity

The “Why” for your church.

Ambiguity breeds failure. So we’ll strengthen clarity by creating a shared language and understanding amongst your leaders about why your church exists, and how your leaders apply that to each of their ministries.

Unity

The “What” that follows your “Why.”

We will build unity around what spiritual needs are most pressing in your church today, based on the shared understanding of “Why” your church exists, and the specific passions of each of your leaders.

Direction

The “How” to accomplish your “What”

With our opportunity for growth identified, we’ll build a plan to make sure we achieve our goal. Whether addressing administrative concerns, or implementing a new program, we’ll make sure we have the right people involved, and a feasible timeline to get the work done.
